These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
Damage / Refund Policy
Our policy is valid for a period of 8 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you receive defected or damaged product, you can replace or return the product for a refund. If the period of 8 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
- Product is defective & is not as described.
- Product must be in original packaging.
- Item must not be damaged while returning.
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, We will inspect all returns. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
LEONEEL STORE‘s warranty policy ensures that your protection of product against any defects in material, design and/or workmanship after purchase of the product. In instances where purchase of product is through a seller that is not LEONEEL STORE, the terms of the respective seller’s warranty will apply.
The warranty is not applicable to cases other than defects in material, design and/or workmanship. Limitations are there on Warranty obligations to repairing of defective product or refunding the amount of the purchased product (such decision at the product Seller’s discretion). Not all products are under warranty, always check the product listing to know if it includes warranty benefits.
